I have a varied and fun collection of artwork for you to enjoy, but I realize that questions may come up at points during your browsing and purchasing experience. To make life easier for you, I’ve compiled a selection of commonly asked questions.
Payment Policy?
-Unless Stated Otherwise-
A 50% non-refundable payment is due at Start of Work; once you’ve received an invoice. This payment will be used toward the final price.
The full payment is due upon completion; at final verification update & before printing.
All Sales Are Final
How To Place My Order?
Send me a message on any platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) OR email me at BySkylarJ@gmail.com. We will discuss your project -sizing, pricing, content- I will then send an invoice & updates accordingly!
How Do You Create Your Art?
All projects are created digitally using Procreate I own the rights to all my artwork.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Non Local- Typically 2-3 weeks - depending on shipping location Local- 1-2 week(s) - We will discuss pickup/drop off option and choose a date & time
I will send updates throughout shipping process &/or provide you with shipping number to check in on updates through USPS
Accepted Payment Methods?
PayPal (@stinspired), Cashapp(@stinspired), Venmo(@byskylarj), ApplePay cash is accepted if local - 50% deposit still applies unless stated otherwise
Shipping Rate?
-Unless Stated Otherwise- There is a flat $5.00 shipping fee for any non local creations
Refund Policy?
Refunds may only be issued if the Client notifies Me prior to Start of Work.
No refunds will be issued after Start of Work as I send frequent updates during the creating process & a final update to be verified before printing.
International Shipping?
I currently only ship within the United States.
Are Prints Sold With Or Without A Frame?
Prints are sold without a frame.
